Henry joined IKP’s POCA Department as a paralegal in April 2024. Since then, his primary focus has been on matters related to money laundering and drug trafficking, areas which he seeks to specialise in once a qualified solicitor.

 

Henry strives to offer a frank explanation to clients regarding the POCA regime, as well as a tactful one. He works with clients directly to present evidence and Defence Statements tailored to their case.

 

Prior to April 2024, Henry received a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Bristol in 2022. He also received a Master’s in Law & Politics (LLM) from Kyushu University, Japan in March 2024.

 

Henry has a working knowledge of Japanese, and intends to complete the JLPT next year.
