Following the conviction of the company and two directors of metal recycling firm, Hawkeswood Metal Recycling and Shredmet, now known as ENSCO101, are to be sentenced on 27 and 28 April 2023 at Birmingham Crown Court.
Imran Khan and Partners act for the families of the five deceased men.
The convictions follow a lengthy campaign by the families.
