IK&P act for the most significant cybercrime offender that the NCA has investigated

Described by the National Crime Agency as the most serious case of cybercrime it has ever investigated, Partner James O’Hara and Ghislaine Sandoval represented Zain Qaiser in his confiscation proceedings during which they successfully argued that the order should be limited to £270,864.47.
