Small School at Red House – Launch of Major Group Child Abuse case
The Small School at Red House (‘Red House’) was a mixed-gender boarding school and registered care home located in Buxton, Norfolk, and was set up in part by the controversial Tvind School Co-operative of Denmark.
Brave survivors of horrific abuse at Red House have commenced legal action in negligence, sexual abuse, for physical assault, false imprisonment, torture, starvation, and neglect. They have also started legal action against the local authorities that placed them in Red House, as well as against the Red House company directly.
