Successful outcome for Interested Party

James O’Hara represented WS, an interested party in confiscation proceedings before Portsmouth Crown Court. The prosecution’s position was that WS and the defendant held their family home in equal share. However, following the service of evidence and legal argument, the prosecution conceded the defendant’s interest in the family home should be limited to just 15%.
