Shobhini qualified as a solicitor in 1993. She is one of the Founding members of Imran Khan and Partners. Shobhini is also the Joint Managing Partner with Ms Balvinder Gill.

Before becoming a Managing Partner she campaigned extensively on the issue of domestic violence, was on the board of an Asian Women’s Refuge, involved with other domestic violence outreach projects and a former peer reviewer for the Legal Services Commission. Shobhini remains a member of Reunite.
